Shipping
Items usually ship in 4-12 days depending on item. Please allow additional time for delivery. Delivery times are out of our hands and can take up to 30 days. Please CONFIRM your shipping address. We can not re-ship because the wrong address was entered. If you have any concerns or questions please email help@katievanslyke.net
Refunds & Exchanges
We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. Email image to: help@katievanslyke.net

Returns
We do not require customers to return any items if a refund is authorized (a photo of the damaged item will be required).
Cancellations
We do not allow cancellations once an order is placed and has gone to production as many of our products are made to order. Please contact us at help@katievanslyke.net immediately if you would like to request an order cancellation. We cannot guarantee that your order will be refunded, however, we will do whatever we can to make you happy!
Changed Your Mind
If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their minds regarding a sale, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered.
