Fantasy Foaling League – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
 A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

 

 

1. Sponsor

The Fantasy Foaling League (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Katie Van Slyke, Tennessee, USA (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

 

 

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

  • Have internet access and a valid email address

Void where prohibited by law.
 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

 

 

3. Promotion Period

Cut-off for entries is 11:59pm CST, December 31st, 2025.

The league will run during the Q1 2026 foaling season.
 Final winners will be announced on or before June 6, 2026. 

 

 

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Complete the official Fantasy Foaling League entry form

  • Submit predictions for the eligible breeding pairs as prompted

  • Provide a valid email address. This must be the email address you wish us to use if we need to contact you. 

Limit one (1) entry per person.
 Duplicate entries will be deleted and may result in disqualification.

 

 

5. Prizes

🏆 Grand Prize – 1st Place

An Afternoon on the Farm for the winner plus one (1) companion, including:

  • Round-trip airfare within the United States or up to $2,000 USD toward international airfare

  • Hotel lodging: one (1) room for two (2) nights near the Nashville airport

  • Approximately 4 hours on the farm

  • Lunch with Katie Van Slyke

  • Guided tour of the farm

  • 30-minute photoshoot with Katie and select farm animals

Alternate Cash Option:
 If the Grand Prize winner is unable to travel due to health reasons, lack of passport, or other valid circumstances, an alternate cash prize of $2,500 USD may be awarded in lieu of the travel experience, at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

 

🎉 Runner-Up Prizes

  • 10 Runners-Up: $100 Amazon Gift Card (each)

  • 10 Runners-Up: $50 KVS Store Credit (each)

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 

 

6. Winner Selection & Tie-Breakers

  • Points will be calculated based on submitted Fantasy Foaling predictions.

  • If players are tied on points, the following factors will be calculated:

    • Perfect Prediction (10/0) – 10 pts if gender + color + date + time block + stand + nurse are all exactly correct.

  • In the event there is still a tie for 1st Place, the winner will be determined by whose 5 digit number is closest to ours (as entered in the final form question).

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry.

Failure to respond to winner notification within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

 

 

7. Tennessee Legal Disclosures

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By participating, entrants:

  • Agree that any disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee

  • Waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Agree that any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, if any, related to participation

Odds of winning depend on the entrant’s skill, equine knowledge, and the number of eligible entries received.

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

 

8. Publicity Release (Tennessee-Compliant)

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, city/state of residence, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries

  • Technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or system errors

  • Airline schedule changes, travel delays, weather events, acts of God, or farm animal behavior

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

 

 

10. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for administering this Promotion and communicating with participants related to the Fantasy Foaling League.

 

 

11. Winner List

Winners will be announced publicly via Katie Van Slyke’s official platforms on or before June 6th, 2026.
